Kettle bells vs. Weight lifting

I'm a tall tiny guy and want to build strength and flexibility.
Now i've a question what is the best to use?
Kettle bells or weight lifting.
I guess kettle bells but i'm not sure about that.
Anyone who has experience with both?

Uuh kettlebelts is weightlifting.... its alot more about the type of exersises and how you do them and with what goal.

Yeah i know what you mean but i have no idea how i could say it in the right way. My point is or i've to buy a kettle bell or a rack with some weights. I want to build strength and flexibility. Do you understand what i tried to ask.

Yea i get your point! Then i would go for kettlebelts. Kettlebelts give you the option to train on a more compound full body way than dumbells. But for assistance work alot of times dumbells are alot more practical. With 3 or 4 kettlebelt sets you can basicly train the whole body. With dumbels this is alot harder to do.

But on the other hand for most compound exersises barbels are far superiour :-)
