I weigh 103lbs i want to weigh 135 but my metabolism is super fast. I eat healthy and exercise almost everyday. But i stopped seeing results. Helpppp!!!
How much carbs are u eating ? Try going on a 60-40-10 diet. Meaning 60 percent carbs,40 percent protein,10 healthyfats & fibers.
Is there like a shake or a protein bar or something that can help me gain weight?
tell me how i've done that without exercise and i don't gain not one pound. Eating isn't my solution i need a gaining pill or something. Kus i eat a lot and nada.
The main thing is eating more carbs equal more weight gains.an remember it take 3500 calories to gain 1lb.

Naw u dont wanna eat bad foods its ten times harder to get it off.
Lots of pasta, rice and beans, all type of meats,fruits, whole grains etc everything homemade.
Lean meats or rich in fat meats? If you want to gain weight just eat more, not necessarily junky or a lot of fast food, but foods that fill you, high in carbs, good calories (so you burn all the crap and leave the nutrients) protiens okay if you're also trying to bulk up. But yeah just eat a lot, high in good fats, and balance eating and working out and you'll see results
