Which workouts do you recommend for building Arms or Legs? Help please...

Hey what's up man? I tend to do lots of jumping jacks, push ups , and pull ups . This helps for your arm and chest . As for the legs dynamic running and the wall workout helps a lot. I'm not a pro though , it's what I do mostly :) .
