Advice on lifting

I have worked so hard to loose alot of weight in 22 months and now I'm skinny fat and I need to shape and tone with heavy lifting!

Would advice you to go for a good fullbody routine.

To get a nice toned body with weights aim for a fullbody workout with a comfortable weight with sets of 10-12 reps :)

I'm in same boat I'm down to 126lbs 5' 9" r u going to gym or working out at home I'm going to gym and upping my calories to 2200 from1800 when I was losing weight
