Im 24 5ft 9 and 9 stone....so obviously want to bulk up :( iv bought a weights bench with weights ( at the minute I have 35kg of weights, bench press wise Ive been doing 3 sets of 10 reps of 20kg).
Can someone recommend a programme on here to follow ? And any diet tips?
Best weight exercise to bulk up r the dead lift, squat,bench press no more than 8 to12 reps and3 to 4 sets don't run. U will want about 40% protein 35% carbs25% fats to start with u will probably adjust it but that's good starting point round out your routine with
Chin ups overhead press as u continue exercise u will change but always come back to the basics good luck
