Workouts for skinny arms

So I have skinny-ish arms. Anyone know of any workouts on this app to help me buff them up? (I have a free account)

P.S if you have any chest workouts that would be great

Look under browse there weight lifting workout there. Make sure u getting enough lean protein. About3/4 gram per lbs in weight u want to b is a starting amount but the heavier your workout u may need more. For arms 3 sets of dumbbell curls8 to12 do1 set then do tricep pull down than dumbbell curl no rest just keep

Switching between curls and pull downs.1 mlnute rest than chin ups and push ups again switch between the 2 for 3 sets after 6 weeks u can add change it a little good luck
