Back and Lats
Any good back and lat workouts you guys can recommend to me? My back muscle could really use some improvement...
Deadlifts and rows. Add pull ups. All ya need.
The important thing is to give the lats a good squeeze with every rep. With rows and pull downs try to push the shoulder blades together and hold for a second at the top of the rep.
