Doing splits is only for those who have been living for 6+ months. If this is not you then you should start with starting strength or strong lifts (Google those routines).
Don't exhaust your muscles, you'll never see growth! Cardio everyday is ok but as far as weight training, you want days to rest. I workout Monday thru Friday and give myself the weekend to recoop.
M- cardio and core/abs
T- arms/upper body
W- legs and glutes
Fri- arms and upper body
(That's just a guideline for my own Workout routine)
Just remember: rest, protein and hydrate!
