Switch days?

Hi everyone I was wondering what your switch muscle group days look like... Is it bad to work same muscles everyday? Should I not work all upper body in one day?

Here's what I was thinking: (this would be until muscles are utterly Exhuated)
M- shoulder,trap,ab
T-chest,bicep
W-tricep,ab
T-shoulder,trap,bicep
F-chest
S-bicep,shoulder,trap
S-chest,tricep

Doing splits is only for those who have been living for 6+ months. If this is not you then you should start with starting strength or strong lifts (Google those routines).

I'm also just trying to build muscle in my upper body and abs...

Don't exhaust your muscles, you'll never see growth! Cardio everyday is ok but as far as weight training, you want days to rest. I workout Monday thru Friday and give myself the weekend to recoop.
M- cardio and core/abs
T- arms/upper body
W- legs and glutes
Th- abs
Fri- arms and upper body
(That's just a guideline for my own Workout routine)
Just remember: rest, protein and hydrate!

How long do you workout abs?

I typically only get 30-40mins to workout everyday so ill do some intense excersizes for 15-30min and stretch for about 5min. I'm addicted to working out my abs tho so throughout the day I keep them contracted and do some extra crunches here and there lol
