I heard that at 16 your testosterone level is very high so you can over train and get swollen is this true?

Dont over train yaself to much cause the one thing ya body needs most is rest. Get to kno how ya body grows, so ya build mass and knowing when ya plateau

Its always possible to over train. Get to know your body and know when you need a break.
