Shakes?Granola bar's?Power food?
So I am really wondering what kind of stuffs you need to "beef up" naturally...I've never in my life done exercise or gym so seriously because what I do is yoga and in yoga we don't actually eat any power food or neither gain any muscular mass gain..and I really want more muscles since I weight 116lbs,I don't know if you lady's and gentlemans have seen the dark comedy/horror film american psycho,christian bale was so fit and buff in the movie that I'm wondering how can I transform my body like that? I wish I had a body like that not that I am complaining about mines but honestly can't imagine my self going that ripped to the beach I would really appreciate some tips for that build.

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press: 2 x 5 reps (90 seconds rest)
Pull ups (add weight if necessary): 2 x 5 reps (90 seconds rest)
Lateral Raises: 2 x 6 reps (60 seconds rest)
Standing Dumbbell Curls: 2 x 5 reps (90 seconds rest)

For diet,Meal 1 – Omelet with 2 whole eggs and 1 cup of egg whites, veggies and half an advocado.

Meal 3 – Whey Protein Shake x 2 scoops mixed with unsweetened almond milk and 25-35 almonds
