that really depends on your goals, do u want to bulk up muscle, tone, lose weight, or just build up endurance?

cardio wont help that much with that.  you need to do weights in order to tone you want to do long reps with light wieghts, to have bulky muscles you want to do short reps with heavy weights (really heavy). each day work out a different muscle ground so they have time to heal and rebuild.
