Anybody have advice of how I gain muscle but lose weight at the same time?
Start with some cardio to loose weight then move to some sort of abs and core or arm workout.

Really up your protein. The more protein you have in your system the more fat you will burn without losing muscle. I dont know how much u weigh or how much protein u already eat but i weigh 160 pounds and take about the same in protein. I take 100 grams from my protein shake and the rest comes from food... Ex. Chicken breast, turkey breast, tuna fish, eggs, cottage cheese, peanut butter, etc.
Oh and i almost forgot... Exercise lol
Ive always been told, lot of protien, alot of reps. Builds muscle burns fat.
What is exactly "enough" protein? Most people do not eat enough protein. All depends on what your fitness goals are.
