When I first began working out my abs (a few weeks ago) I'd be in so much pain a few days later and I'd know I've worked out, my ab area would go really hard too.
They still go hard but I don't get the pain anymore, it'd hurt to walk (abs not legs) now I don't get that!!! I really miss/enjoy the soreness, do you have an idea why it's gone? It also makes me feel demotivated to work out as I feel like I'm not getting anywhere.
I work out at home by the way, going to buy some weights to do core excercises with them
