I am new to this app and looking for training partners, I am looking to lose weight and build muscle and just workout hard.
It's hard to do both at same time but not impossible have u figure out your calories needed a day yet. I'm working on building muscle right now. R u going to gym or home workout
you should first loose weight and then gain muscles, otherwise you gain weight and don't even see the muscles you built.
