I am new here and started working out since 3 weeks after a break. Now I wanna reach atleast 78kg, I am 73kg now. So do you guys have some tips for bulking up?
Eat more. Lift heavy do workouts like
Sets of 6 to 8 reps
Lot of carbs lots of protein..
As a beginner I would do fullbody workouts 3-4 times a week. and change routines every 6 weeks or so.
So that your Body doesnt get used to it. and yeah sleep a lot min. 7h a night.

You need at least 1 gram of protein for each lb u want to weigh I think that's about . 33 gram per kilo ,if u don't get enough sleep u won't bulk up a lot, cardio after weights,no more than a hour a day at most 5 days a week
Choose full body exercises like squats,deadlifts,rows,bench press,clean and press, good luck

I've been doing deadlifts, bench pressing and clean and press.
Those are great workouts for multiple muscles at the same time.
