I'm 5ft 5, I weight 8st 3 and my body fats 28%, I need to get it down to 29% in. 8 weeks!
I'm drinking 3L if water a day, having 2 herbalife shakes for breakfast and lunch and having chicken, broccoli, sweet potatoe for example for tea!
I need help please!!!! Workouts and nutrition
