Too much cardio?
Hey everyone c:
I'm just after remembering what one of the trainers at my gym said to me about doing intensive cardio everyday. How doing this will reduce the fat in my body, but muscles as well.
My goal was to lose weight (the fat), which I did. I still need to lose more, but I want to build up muscle too, mainly the glutes.
So the question here is:
Is it possible to build up butt muscles even when I'm on the treadmill for an hour almost every day?
