Need to gain weight..?

My age is 26 and my height is 172cm... But still i weigh only 55 kg.. Can you please suggest a proper diet/healthy food stuffs to increase my weigh..

- Eat sprouts( mulai katiya payir) - Drink more milk - Eat banana n the evening and after dinner ( esp: green nd red banana)

-Eat cheese 1 slice everyday - Egg 2-3 everyday

I had the same problem. The last 2 months I worked out, ate many proteins and finally gained 7 kilos. I'm sure you can do that too!

whey or soy protein...and in addition to proteins any other greeen foodss....

I ate meat, eggs and fish. No protein shakes or something like that. Before you work out you should eat many cars.

I was going through a similar issue for a film, and a friend of mine suggested protein shakes 2 to 3 times a day, taking one early early in the morning (5am).  You'll get more protein from whey than soy usually, but I don't think it  matters that much.

Other than that I basically ate more.  I ate clean, so my gains were very gradual.  Don't expect quick changes if you want to do the same.  Lean meats are a great place to begin.

Yer Jonas is on the money, 
I am 23 years old and weight was at 50kg
In two weeks I'm up to 55kg, purely by eating at least 3 meals a day!! Don't miss out on your meals, and have regular snacks in between! 

Don't use shakes or powders, they only blow you up and when you stop using them you will lose a lot of weight..

Don't take soy - full cream milk if you can,
Eat plenty of fruits and veggies and meats! Also drink more water. 

Do this and you will gain Goodluck
