All sets of 5/25 of top curves
Rule of thumb keep a good posture don't strain, and use USE YOUR CORE AND THIGHS AS YOUR FOCAL POINT .

Warm up 25 min cardio eleptical or bike.

5/25 sets of blurpees
5/25 sets of jump squats
5/25 sets of lounges
5/25 sets of deep squats
5/25 sets of dips
5/25 sets of law mower side dual side pull
5/25 sets of elbow to knees
5/25 sets of scissor jacks
5/25 sets of push ups
5/25 sets of superman (supergirl)
5 /25 crunches (customizable to suit your style)
5/25 plank side, sphynx, and bridge planks

Stretch:
5min stretch
Cobras , fetal , and ballets stretch

All of these work outs are mixed and match customisable to do on an entire day or on a scheduled day

Note:
Losing weight can only be achieved by healthy dieting without pills or wraps the rest is up to you.
