How do you get arm muscles without using weights.just peer excercise

If you looking for size then you need to achieve muscle hypertrophy. Doing larger quantities of pushups is building endurance. You need enough resistance to only be able to push out about ten reps. Try stuffing a back pack with books to add weight. Or if you are doing pull ups tie two milk jugs full of water and drape them around your neck. Probably not the answer you were looking for but I hope it helps.
