Toning Muscles?

Hi! I'm 13. 1.71m tall so around 5.6 or 5. I only weigh 100 pounds...I currently see a dietician to help me gain weight til I'm 50kg ...but it has really been a struggle cause my metabolism is super fast... I need some tips on toning my muscle and making them have more definition...thanks :) x

Ok if you would like to lean or tone your muscles then stick to lifting light weights like 15 pounder it won't get you ripped but it will tone it for you good luck
