Normally bodybuilders controlled their eat after workout,so what happen if i eat as usual ? Like rice with chicken and so on.
Rice with chicken sounds fine.
It all depends on your goals, like if you want to get bigger muscles maybe eat more protein, but if you are exercising and eating some healthy carbs and proteins and veggies, you're fine.
To me, uncontrolled eating would be more like fried chicken, chili cheese fries, pizza, cookies for snacks, ice cream for breakfast, you know, just BAD eating. Normal real food like chicken and rice is great.
