Sincere question i ask ths with no mean intention or such like and sure dnt mean to sound rude but i ask seriously i really dnt knw and am jus wandering..ok here goes i notice a lot of women talk bout their backside an making it bigger and asking bout workouts for tht...i notice men dnt do ths but whn u go to their workouts some do some of these backside specific workouts. ..is ths because of women and their curves?? Does it have to do with being feminine??? I knw its probley a weird and stupid question but i...

Frm Google search here is some exercises u can add to sqaut routine for backside...lunges high step ups deadlifts with a deficit and donkey kicks performing sqauts with weight and pushing of ur heels stimulates th glutes more
