Hi I'm new here and just starting, I'm not looking to lose weight I want to build muscle, get in shape, and learn how to eat right and utilize protein shakes in order to put on mass to build into muscle. Looking for any pointers or suggestions on how to get started and where or what to start with, I don't have any free weights or a membership to a gym, I'm looking for any help anyone is willing to offer. Thank you, Justin.

Start working on your heart first, then start building muscle. More cardio starting out to help your heart and lungs keep up with strength training.
