Hi I'm new here and just starting, I'm not looking to lose weight I want to build muscle, get in shape, and learn how to eat right and utilize protein shakes in order to put on mass to build into muscle. Looking for any pointers or suggestions on how to get started and where or what to start with, I don't have any free weights or a membership to a gym, I'm looking for any help anyone is willing to offer. I dont hv membership gym but i still do my workout at home and at work but if you want you can bought DB medicine ball. I drink soy protein it works for me

Quoteing kris gethin if ur not prepared ur prepared to fail..if ur looking to build muscle bodyweight only goes so far...invest n some equipment or join a gym

Start working on your heart first, then start building muscle. More cardio starting out to help your heart and lungs keep up with strength training.
