Today was my last day of wrk so I did a full body wrk out. But most of all I focused more on my solders and arms and I must I'm getting stronger. But anyway 405 on solders. 290 on arms. Very proud of my self still all Natural no sup. Nothing:-)

Awesome...I've seen guys like u...I remember a guy I always called him monster he'd clean and press 225lbs as a warm up made an impression on me ..no nonsense guys who work extra hard...keep up th good work!!!!
