Squat vs Lunge... what's better for legs!

I think both do different things. I saw this picture that showed 3 parts of the muscles in the butt and squats, lunges, and jumping jacks work out different parts. I think you should incorporate both into your workout :)

Squats, lunges, and jumping jacks all work different areas. I think I have the picture you mean if you check my pictures!

Squats are the basic for any leg workout. Lunges are great to focus even more on the posteriorchain
