How do you get a six pack?

Alright, so let me start off by saying that I'm 5'4" and weigh 116 and have little to no belly fat, but no six pack. I eat really healthy, no soda or fatty foods, and I work out my abs fairly often but yet I can't seem to get one. I've been trying to get a six pack for nearly a year now,but I don't seem to be making much progress. What am I doing wrong?

We have the same problem. I'm 5'4, 115 lbs and I have some appearance of abs but I want more definition.

You have to start weight training and to build some muscle. Start a full body routine 3 times a week. It have to include deadlifts, squats, bench Press, military Press, pull ups and rows (at least once Per week)

I whould say spent the next 6-12 mounts building muscle (just ADD 20% carbs to your meals every week till you gain about 1 pound a week) Then I whould Cut the fat over another 6-12m. Then your going to have some pretty sweat abs :)

P.s abs don't count on skinny guys, so dont worry about them before you got some muscle!
