Hey I was wanting to get the answer ti this. Hoe much protein do I consume in one day...my current weight is 250...

Its going to be hard for a minute, but you need to intake atleast your body weight in protein (at least), and work your way up..(in weaight lifted ,and also protein......

as blake & Brandon stated  try to consume 250g but dont neglect (complex carbs) carbs with no protein equal no muscle

The ratio is 1 Gram per pound of bodyweight
