I'm a recovering anorexic and I've been trying to gain the weight back for muscle. Does anyone have any tips?

Very light, maybe one big meal a day then light snaking.
I'd say lots of protein and carbs. But I'm proud of you. Everything will be okay
Always have your three meals a day. Plus,snack every two hours no matter if youre full or still not hungry.it can be a toast, bars, chocolates etc food that are light. This is due to you have a high metabolism,which means you will consume a lot of carbs a day, snacking will help you slower your metabolism! Hope it helps,good luck have a nice day ;))
