Need to put on some weight

I was wondering, what should I do to put on some real weight. I mean the sort of weight that doesn't burn off with workouts, leaving me looking anorexic, as always.

Any suggestions are most welcome :(

Dates are a natural weight gain but also high in energy and regulates ur digestive track!
