How long does it take for creatine to take effect??

Ya...i hv bn working out fr d past 2 weeks...lyk fr increasin muscle mass.
...nd hrd bout supplementin wd creatine...so ordered it...i hv bn takin it fr 3 days nw...

try having 5g before u workout 5g after for the next 11 days then after that to maintain just 6g before working out drink plenty water an cycle off it hope this info helpful to u good luck

You need to saturate your muscles with it. It will take about 2 weeks. Also, I read taking creatine after workouts, rather than before, increases results

Don't forget to drink it on your non workout days also!

Lots of bad advice here. Creatine must be loaded for about 5-7 days about 20 grams in divided dosages. It makes absolutely no difference if you take it before or after the gym. After the loading phase 5-10 grams once or twice a day is plenty. Do about 10 weekd on then take a month off. Drink plenty of water or don't expect any results.
