At the moment I run 45 minutesat least 3-4 days a week, sometimes I don't do workouts here or maybe i go to the gym to do a circuit,
but for building muscle and strength fast how should I divide my workout days and how much I really really wait between every workout???? ( rest days) Should i do nothing in between or should I focus on another area of the body. Normally i just warm up with a short run an do a short full body workout.
For example i like to do biceps, triceps and chest 3 times a week
