Post workout meals

Hey there everyone, just wanted to get some ideas of peoples post workout meals. Just looking for some fresh new meals, i'm getting a little boring with my meals and need to change it up!

It's best not to eat after a workout. The best idea would be to drink some milk, preferably chocolate... This is a good high-protein drink which will help alot with recovery, otherwise a protein bar would also do the trick. Just keep a balanced diet throughout the day.
