Does it have to be healthy?
A really easy way is to just eat what you allready eat and Then just drink a gallon of choclate milk. It not so healthy, but it works.
I whould recommend that you weight train too. It Will really help you build some muscle and make you look awesome when you start dropping the weight again (and this Will happen when you stop drinking the choclate milk)
Or you can just add 20% to every meal every week till you start gaining (ex if you eat 200g of Rice you should eat 240g and so on)
