Biceps and Triceps !

Hi guys ! Need a help :) My trainer gave new routine .. in that bieceps and triceps workouts are in same day. Now yesterday one of my friend was saying that his trianer said to do it in different days. Now my question is is it ok to do Bieceps and Triceps workout in one day ??? Thank u

Its either or. I know lots of guys who do biceps and triceps on same day then to there's the guys who separate them. It really doesn't matter as long as you don't over train them. Don't forget the bodybuilding method of push and pull. Anything you push your using your triceps and anything you pull your using your biceps. So anytime your doing upper body your using one or the other then if you decide to do biceps and triceps on an individual day your working them again. To wrap this up just don't over train and give body time to heal.

I'd prefer not to. Like what guy above said, all about push and pull. When you work the biceps, you also work triceps. When you press, you work your chest and back, amongst your shoulders and tris, etc...I like to make sure the part I'm working is 100% ready to go, trying hard to not use it until I need it. If you absolutely have to work bis and tris on the same day, alternate workouts between the two

I prefer to work both same day I usually do super sets 1 set curls 1 set triceps extensions 3 times no rest I work upper body one day next day legs

I notice some of the guys that used the push pull while works very well for upper body,but not enough time on there legs and it shows
