How to tone and gain muscle?

Hey, I lost as much fat as I think I should and now I'm ready to tone up and get definition. I know I need a lot of protein, but what else? Do I eat at weight maintenance calories? How long should I workout each day?

Muscles are fueled by mainly protein yes. Complex carbs and calories will help them grow also. You'll want those but make sure your weightlifting to tear the muscle fibers.

Carbs are like a train. Transporting protein and other nutrients to the muscles. Calories! Will help it grow.
