I just started to work out at the gym and need some advice.
1. Do i need to buy whey proteine
2. What should i eat?
3. How much and how long should i train im 16 years old.
No one "needs" protein powder. Start with a clean diet, trying to stay away from things that come in a package. Make sure you get enough protein from natural sources (2 palm sized portions every meal is a good starting place) and if you aren't seeing the results you want, then you might want to consider supplementing with whey protein.
