If your trying to lose weight the best thing is to eat lean meats chicken breast, London broil... This will help to avoid consuming any extra unwanted calories. I always plan to have one of my 5 meals after a work out. If you are looking for a drink look at your labels watch your fat and carbs and calories

Any source of protien that you will eat is the best choice... to build muscles eat one gram of protien per pound of bodyweight ...use variety...eggwhites chicken fish red meat turkey cottage cheese..protien powders do help get in tht protien requirment...their are plenty on the market tht are not filled with sugar and fillers or you can make thm homemade by bying plain unflavored whey protien and adding what you want to it....be creative...only buy the sources you'll knw you'll use... ull figure it out
