Lots of steroids.
Okay here is what you do.
Eat Big. 500-800kcals above maintiance.
Get 1,5-2g of brotein Per kg of bodyweight.
Train like a beast. If you can get a Weekly volume of 20-40 sets Per bodypart (i'm thinking pressing, pulling and legs, not 40 sets fore biceps) whould be great.
Hit everything 3-4 times a week as a beginner.
Use Big compound movements
Eat protein before bedtime
Sleep 8-9 hours
If you do this people May start notiving your lifting 6-12 m from now :)
And no roids please ;)
