Does anyone know of any excercises that will get you muscles fast with skimple excercises

I'm targeting my arms, shoulders and back

You mean skimble? Lol. do strength workout.

I dont think much of weight traingi g on here...Jefit is a lot app better for that. ..lots of gym work with weights...eat right protein rich foods and out the hours in.
