Can anyone recommend a good high calorific bulking protein shake please?

I reccomend Promax cyclone, you will notice a difference in size and you will also get stronger in short period of 3-4 weeks.

Promax may be a touch on the expensive side, I'll check it out though.
I'll definitely be putting peanut butter and banana in my shake, along with a portion of oats.

Dont go all out on it. I dont know how many kcal you want to consume. But very easy you will be having a shake of 800 kcal or even more :p. Its a great way to increase kcals. But also makes it easy to eat too much :-)

The more cals the better D. I'm a hard gainer and need to pump as much as I can in without overdoing it. Cheers for the replys. I'll keep you posted ;-)
