I have recently started going to the gym for body toning and weight training. I am a lean guy and was wondering what best to eat before and after workout for maximising results. Any help will be appreciated
Let me know your gym timing, how much time you spend in gym.
Its usually in the evening at about 5 pm to 6 pm. Also do note that I am in India and the climate here is hot and humid so would not prefer foods which generate a lot of heat
