Genetics. Upperbody weight

I carry all my weight in my upper body. Midsection and back. Anyone use any of Yvette workouts offered here not in pro where they saw great results. ??

I bee lift for the past 6 weeks. I'm definitely getting strong but only maintaining. It's annoying.

And I eat like a rabbit. 150G of protein

Help please ....
