I don't think you can do that, but you can try. Eat a lot protein (I prefer it natural:eggs, meat and fish) and carbs. Additionally, you should do strength workouts.

Lift heavy and eat.. eat everything! Might not be the best looking body but you'll put on muscle. Idk if our body can even develop 20 lbs. of muscle in 30 days
