What's best ways to lose belly fat and tone mainly your abdomen with home work outs? I am 21 YO weighing 155lbs standing at 5' 10". Also any bulking up tips appreciated.

Lose fat - cardio. Then tone by doing stuff like crunches. Can't help with bulking up, I'm scrawny and trying to do the same :p
