Skinny guy, usually swim loads so endurance and cardio etc not a problem. Stopped for exam period but want to start building muscle. Eat relatively healthily, and lots of it, but can't put any weight or muscle on. Help or advice? :)

Already know what good food u need..still take carbs and protien after you workout.. honey in cold banana shake will help you to gain... ur core must have already been developed because of a lot of swimming i guess...u need to lift weights and a lotta push/pull ups need to be included...dont forget stretching and taking a lot of water
