I want to target my midsection I need exercises ideas anyone

I know u want exercise info but I thing this will help u also... after u done doing good cardio, u should try some planks, squats and then a pure protein diet... chicken, fish, not lot of red meat, also variable protein like nuts... (stay away from a vegetables diet it will dry u up instead of build up)... hope it helps

You have to diet and do cardio if you want to lose fat, but you can't target where you lose it.
