hi guys..

can someone help me??
i am a skinny guy.. how do i gain weight faster? and what workout should i do?? and what protein drink i should take??

please help me..

You should take some mass protein, coming along with whey protein for lean muscle good luck!

In addition to protein you should also do muscle toning exercises to define your body. It will make a big difference. Hope everything works well!💪 👍
