how to gain weight in one month??

what to eat and what i cant eat??

You have to eat many carbs, much protein and do strength workouts.

If you just want to gain weight just eat as much as fast food as you can...pizza, berger, fries soda and you will gain but if you want to gain it in healthy way then it requires hard work, persistence and time

Eating crap will only damage your health.... Eating healthy high caloric foods along w/ lots of protein will help. It will take time but be persistent and always remember....
