Well, it depends. Remember, like Sheldon says on Big Bang Theory, "Well, there’s some value to taking a multivitamin, but the human body can only absorb so much, what you’re buying here are the ingredients for very expensive urine."

What are your fitness goals, what's your body type, and what's your current diet look like? Those are needed to even hazard a guess at what might be a good combination for you.

Multivitamins are pretty much essential to the average American diet. Unless you watch what you eat and prepare your meals, you are more than likely leaving out essential nutrients.

ID Life Nutrition! http://jasper.idlife.com  Distributor ID #820256  Shameless plug, but at least it’s backed by 20yrs of scientific and medical research. It uses medically-derived algorithms to personally customize your supplementation according to your lifestyle, family history of medical conditions, and even your geographic location.  For example, if you live in a place and/or perform activities involving less exposure to the sun, you are given additional vitamin D supplementation.  If you’re a smoker, you’re given less beta-carotene because studies have proven that smokers are 60% more at risk of cancer if given greater levels of such a supplement.  Since the program is completely HIPPA-compliant and only you have access to your provided information, you’ll need to create a profile.  The evaluation takes about 5 minutes (seriously!!) and you’ll be given your recommendation and opportunity to check out some of the other options available like Energy Chews, Appetite Control, Sleep Strips (amazing sleep-aid!!!), and great-tasting meal replacement shakes.  If anyone would like a free sample of any of the products offered, let me know and I’ll be happy to share some with you. Furthermore, if you like the program and would like to share it with others, you have an excellent opportunity to create a residual income for yourself and help others do the same!
